Focus!

They say entrepreneurship is all about focus! While I have been reading about the topic lately, I thought of the times I have seen this rare trait before and I noticed the perfect example within our Team.

Noora, who not only joined us later in the game by turning down a solid job offer back in Finland to follow her passion, but also believed in us and our shared dreams, has been consistently helping us build The GO Project ever since. She raised the bar by taking herself to the extreme after countless nights of sleepless effort to deliver during the demanding project we had in Istanbul: achieving the ambitious goal of helping nine entrepreneurs grow their startups while running the entire program and organizing the investor demo day – the closing event where these entrepreneurs would pitch their business looking for partners, customers and investors. During this tough but rewarding endeavor, Noora stepped up to almost single-handedly design everything for the program, the event, and even working on half of the pitch decks for the startups.

Here’s to Noora, a living example of what it takes to be an entrepreneur, to change things, to create and, most importantly, to focus on the task at hand to deliver!
